How long will my graphics take?

Design times vary depending on time of year and if you are ordering full custom or a style off the website. Generally speaking 1- 2 weeks or faster, especially if we don’t sleep. We drink a lot of energy drinks so that helps! Does not include shipping/transit times. Large team orders and orders placed during peak season may run longer (March-June). Remember to always tell us if you have a special event that you need your graphics in time for and we will do our best to get you rockin.

 

Returns or refund?

Custom graphics are non returnable or refundable. Please order the right graphics for the right machine.  Take your time installing your graphics. We cannot refund for your mistakes. If we mess up we will fix it.

 

Warranty?

We make graphics, not military spacecraft. These are top quality decals, manufactured from the  highest grade materials on planet earth, BUT they are not bomb proof. Keep in mind that they are stickers, they will wear out. We do guarantee that you WILL catch everyone’s attention on and off the track, but unless your bike sits in a glass case or showroom floor it won’t stay new forever. We cannot replace graphics due to racing abuse, wear and tear or improper installation. Top racers are always testing our products to make sure everything is at the highest quality around.

Made in Canada – shipped worldwide.  Transit times depend on your region as well as the shipping method you choose. Contact us for best rates and options available.

 

Can I buy replacements if I break my plastics and only need a couple pieces?

Yes we keep everything on file for 5 1/2 years. Replace only the pieces you need, rather then getting stuck buying a whole kit… Your welcome.

 

Do you offer team discounts or quantity breaks?

What about Gas tank pieces?

Tank decals are included in most kits that require them. They are sliced to help reduce bubbling. Also special install instructions include draining all fuel for 5 days before and after install, plus leave the cap off as well to release all fumes.

 

Are all styles available for all bikes?

Yes. We have most mainstream bike kits available. If not listed on website please call or email us to discuss your options.

 

Do you guys sell MX bike plastics?

Yes we carry the best UFO plastics available. Keep in mind we do not stock every color for every bike. Please call for availability.

 

Do you guys make ATV graphics?

Yes, we have a very limited template collection but have been known to make some super sick atv kits.. contact us for more info..
