Where, how much and when?
Where are you located and can you ship to me?
We are based out of beautiful Kelowna, BC, Canada and we’ve shipped graphics all over the world since 2005. We work with the top couriers for your area and recommend sending to an actual house or business address rather then a PO box. For international shipments please expect duty and brokerage fees when your shipment goes through customs.
When will I get my order?
If you have purchased a custom kit that requires proofing we’ll get everything shipped out within a few business days after your approval. Keep an eye on your junk folder as your proof could end up in there and we don’t want you to miss it. If you have purchased without a custom proof then typically your order will ship faster. If you are needing your kits prior to a wicked race weekend or special event please give us a call so we can accommodate as best as possible. Depending on your area most Express Shipping is 1-2 business days and Regular Ground Shipping can range 5-10 days or more. We’ll provide the tracking details as soon as available.
How much are your custom moto graphics and how thick are they?
Our big bike custom graphics start around $399 Canadian. Our championship proven materials are a 20mil finished product. We have available in premium high gloss, stealthy matte and disco ball glitter.. shipping and taxes will be additional.. Your final pricing may vary depending on your chosen finishing options, design details and quantity that you are after. Can you create custom graphics for my dirtbike?
Yes you bet! Most of what we do is fully created from scratch designed to your specific requirements. We are able to provide kits for most dirtbikes from early 2000’s and newer. Please give us a call directly to go over your ideas or to see some examples of other kits we have done. We can be reached at 1-888-546-3969 our standard hours are M-F 9-4 PST.
My bike isn’t listed, can I still order graphics for it?
If you don’t see your bike listed, please give us a call at 1-888-546-3969. We have a wide selection of graphics available for most bikes ranging from early 2000’s and newer.
Can I add my company logo to my graphics?
If you’re looking to add your own company logo, please email us the vector file in .AI or .PDF and we’ll let you know if its workable. If you don’t have a vector version send us what you have and we’ll make your logo look as good as possible.
I designed my own graphics can you print them for me?
We’ll need to see the artwork that you have created to make sure its workable. Give us a call with what you have going on and we’ll bring your creation to life.
Can you make me a custom sled wrap?
Unfortunately we do not offer 1 off custom sled wraps from scratch with a quantity of 1. However if you have a sled crew looking to get all your rides done up with a team look please give us a shout to go over some options that best suit your needs.
Custom Jersey id, Plastics, Specialty Colors and install?
Can you put my name and number on my jersey?
Absolutely.. we can create a custom id kit for you to install at home or ship us your new jerseys for a professional installation.
Do you sell plastic kits and seat covers?
Unfortunately with such limited supply we are not able to stock plastic kits at this time.We are currently working on expanding our gripper seat cover range. For the time being please check with your favorite dealer.
Do you offer mirror chromes, metallic, stealthy matte finish and extra rad glitter colours?
You bet we do! Some of these are specialty products which may require a different production process. Extra premium charges will apply. Please give us a call to discuss your options.
Can you install the graphics?
Our materials are extremely easy to work with and feature exclusive tiny air runways that allow any trapped air to escape and give you a professional bubble free install. Most riders have amazing results doing the install themselves. Take your time and don’t rush the process. If you’re really stuck please give us a call and we’ll be happy to give some pointers to help get it done right. Depending on the time of year we may be able to squeeze you in for a local install or recommend one of our authorized dealers in your area. Please give us a call and we’ll help as best we can.

How should I clean my plastics?
For best results we recommend installing on new plastics free of any waxes or detailing sprays. Wash your hands and wipe down all sides of plastic extremely well with rubbing alcohol on a lint free cloth.
Can I use window cleaner or other solvents to install my graphics
Don’t even think about it. Glass cleaner is for glass! Most of these products contain silicones and other chemicals that will make your kit not stick. DO NOT USE. If you prefer to do things wet we offer an install kit to get it done right.
Replacement Pieces, Returns and Payments
Can I order replacement pieces for my current LimeNine graphics kit?
We keep your custom graphics on file for 5 years. Send us the list of what pieces you need and and we’ll get some freshies put together for you at a special price.
Do you accept returns?
Each of our graphics kits are made to order and customized for each rider. Once the order has been placed or custom proof has been approved we cannot offer any refund. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and Canadian e-transfers.
